His accomplishments include recognition by several of the food industry’s most prestigious publications, establishing one of the best-known restaurant brands and publishing three critically acclaimed cookbooks. He is the recipient of prestigious culinary awards too numerous to list. Todd is the chef and owner of his ﬂagship restaurant Olives in Charlestown, Massachusetts. English has also launched Olives in 5 other locations and numerous other award winning restaurants including Figs, Tuscany, Bonﬁre, Kingfish Hall, Fish Club, Todd English Restaurant aboard the QM2, BlueZoo, English is Italian, and Riche in New Orleans.
