Funkmaster Flex is at it again! He’s teamed with Castrol – the industry leading manufacturers of oil and lubricants, to produce Car Wars with Funkmaster Flex – a car customization contest/reality show for ESPN2.

The founder of Team Baurtwell (the highest profile custom car club around with members like Shaquille O'Neil, Busta Rhymes, Mariah Carey, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Danica Patrick, Jason Giambi and Manny Ramirez), and dubbed by the New York Times as an ""evangelist of hip hop car culture"", Flex knows cars, and he knows car customizers. Viewers will get a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the lives of the four contestants and find out what it takes (and what people are willing to do) to build a show car. The diverse roster of car-enthusiasts will have six weeks to customize a car, as they compete against each other, and the clock, to be named Castrol’s Best of Show. Flex and his team of car specialists and celebrity judges will choose the winner in front of a crowd of thousands at the final stop on Flex’s Custom Car & Bike Tour in Atlantic City!
