The health benefits of In Shape are many. Each of the 65 episodes is loaded with fitness information pertaining to the workout and provides extra fitness training tips as diverse as sport preparations, motivational cues, injury prevention, pre and post natal, weight loss and fat burning, muscle memory, body sculpting, osteoporosis and more. Each program will also present exercises at the beginner, intermediate and advanced level.
