Meet a true legend of the American West, Terence Hill is back as Doc West. Part loner…part gambler…part gunslinger and all hero

When the Doc saves a young boy - "silver" (Ben Petrie) from a deadly rattlesnake, Silver brings the Cod back to his town of Holysand. A town that is being torn apart by a battle between cattle ranchers and the local farmers.

Later in the saloon Doc West brilliantly wins at the poker table and embarrasses the farmer thugs who are opposing Silver's rancher family. The farmer calls Doc a cheat and guns are drawn.

Sheriff Basart (Paul Sorvino) breaks up the fight and arrests Doc West to keep the peace. While in Jail, the Doc gets to understand the Sheriff's problems and agrees to help him.

When he's released from jail, Doc West is captured by the farmers, and beaten. A beautiful woman, Denise Stark, nurses him back to health.

When good men are turned bad in the battle for this town, the Doc is forced to face the problems in his last to get the strength to clean the town up. In the process, Doc West returns to being a Doctor and saving lives instead of taking them.
